Access to the 3D Masters Website is subject to agreement to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. Please read our terms and conditions carefully as it is a condition of browsing our Website that you have agreed to be subject to them. If you do not accept all or any of our terms and conditions please do not continue to browse.
3D Masters may review these conditions. You are advised to revisit this page from time to time to review any updates, as you will continue to be bound by them.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card payments are taken through the Worldpay Secure Payments System. You have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase and if you do so, you will have your payment returned. Contact 3D Masters quoting the Transaction i.d. and your reasons for cancellation.

All material Copyright 3D Masters 2000 - 2010. The Content of this site and the format of the 3D Masters Competition have been evolved through the hard work and dedication of many individuals and organisations.
You should assume that the copyright in everything that you see or read on the 3D Masters Website, including the Competition Format, is held either by 3D Masters or a third party. Copyright may belong to a party other than 3D Masters and your use of materials displayed on the Website may infringe their rights as well as those of 3D Masters.
You may not:
Use any of the material displayed for any commercial purpose
Distribute, publish or broadcast any of the material displayed.
Reproduce any of the material displayed in any other Website
Incorporate or reproduce any material in any database whether electronic, manual or in printed form

Trademark
‘3D Masters’ is registered Trademark 2272937 covering Airshows, Clothing, Printed Matter and Audio Visual Recordings. Commercial use of the name or material gathered at 3D Masters without prior written consent is an infringement of the Trademark.
Logos and Styles
From time to time third party logos and material appears on this site. 3D Masters acknowledges all copyright, Trademarks and Logos if not explicitly, then implicitly.

Links on this site are provided in good faith to Sponsors and other interested parties. 3D Masters can accept no responsibility for the content within those linked sites

Terms and Conditions of Entry to 3D Masters
Model Helicopter Flying is dangerous.All persons attend at their own risk, and the Organisers can undertake no liability for any loss or injury, to persons or property, however caused.
3D Masters reserves the right to refuse entry to or to remove any person.
Trading, Advertising and Promotion at 3D Masters is limited to Sponsors and invited parties and may take place only by prior written consent.
The Programme is issued as a guide only. No responsibility is assumed for the non-appearance of any individuals, nor for alterations to the running-order or content of 3D Masters
Flight Control
At 3D Masters we endeavour to provide flying entertainment for the entire weekend. In order to maintain our unblemished safety record, the entire site is subject to flight & frequency control for the whole weekend. Any person found operating a model without the appropriate authority to do so will be escorted from the site and barred from future 3D Masters events. Note also that it is illegal under local byelaws to operate a model aircraft other than at a designated site. This includes parkland and wasteland.
Weather
– every attempt will be made by the Organisers to run 3D Masters in spite of possible adverse weather conditions, but no responsibility can be taken for loss, injury or damage as a result of weather-related conditions.
Entry
Entrants to 3D Masters are governed by the Rules and Supplementary Rules of the event, available on request. Entrants must withdraw from the contest by giving notice to 3D Masters in writing. The Event Entry Fee is forfeit. In other matters, refunds will not normally be given. In any case an administration charge will be payable for cancellations and withdrawals, at the discretion of the Organisers.

English Law
English Law governs these terms and conditions and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
